Welcome to The Mini Branch! We are excited to offer our customers quality children's clothing that is meant to be durable and sustainable. Our focus on circular fashion means that we are helping to reduce waste and clutter in homes across the nation.
We offer a Guaranteed Buyback on all of our clothing which means that parents can return their items for cash or store credit when they are done with them. This is an easy way to reduce clutter in your home and help to promote sustainability in the fashion industry.
Our focus on quality over quantity means that we want to make it just a little bit easier for parents not having to deal with mountains of clothes and laundry every day. The Mini Branch was created by a Ottawa, Ontario based husband-and-wife team, Danielle and Scott. From a young age both had entrepreneurial spirits with lemonade stands, lawn mowing businesses and ice cream bucket sales. They both graduated from university with business degrees and have a combined 26 years of customer service and retail experience. With their background and experience, they are prepared to make The Mini Branch the top Ottawa destination for the best children’s clothing and toys while selling across Canada through an ecommerce site.
The goal is to provide top-quality products and services to families with young children, whether new or preloved, and impart the lessons learned from the last 5 years to people to those who appreciate quality and/or who are feeling overwhelmed.
Why is it called The Mini Branch?
We almost called it the 4th child; however, we decided it would be best for everyone to find another name! After a few hours of brainstorming, we decided on “Mini” for children and “Branch” for sustainability and growth! You’ll see 4 leaves; 3 to represent our children and the little one to represent the business.
Our mission: To make parenting easier by alleviating the burden of clutter and chaos stemming from mass consumption and fast fashion.
A little insider note: You would think it was Christmas every time Danielle opens a box of new products, she radiates with glee….
